Keto Sheet Pan Pizza
oven heated to 375 degrees F.
In a medium bowl mix uncooked cream cheese, coconut flour,
sausage meat, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and eggs, 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle a quarter sheet pan (13×9-inch) with kitchen pan spray.
Press the mixture into the pan building an even edge all the way around.
NOTE>…If the mixture is not cold, cool the filled pan for 30 minutes to firm up the crust ere baking.
Bake 12 minutes, turning pan halfway during baking.
when the crust is baking, in a medium skillet with the olive oil over medium heat, saute peppers and onions for 10 minutes till slightly soft. Add spinach and cook for 1 minute to wilt.
Cut into 8 portions and serve.
