Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
This is the best tater tot casserole recipe out there. It's simple to make, will feed the entire family, and everyone will like it. If you add veggies to the list, you've just about hit every food group in one dish.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup diced onion
1 lb. of ground beef
1 tsp. garlic salt
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 – 10.5 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 – 28 oz. bag frozen tater tots
Instructions:
Preheat the furnace (oven) to 350 degrees and grease a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish.
Add the butter to the skillet, on mediocre heat and give it a melt. Now, add the diced onions and cook until they are golden brown.
Next, add the ground beef and cook until cooked through. Drain the grease and add it to a wide bowl.
Now, add the salt, garlic, pepper, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. Mix well.
Pour it into the greased casserole dish and spread it to the edges.
Top with the entire bag of tater tots.
Bake for about 45–50 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
