Baked Balsamic Chicken Breast at home
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt — or more to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 400 F. Bake chicken Breast at 350 F for 30 minutes, or until a thermoelectric inserted into the thickest part of the meat reads 170 F.
