You will make up any excuse just to make this magnificent kitkat ice cream pie!

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of condensed milk
150ml of milk
3 gems
400g of fresh cream
8 kat kit units
150g dark chocolate
½ cup sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add, in a pan, the condensed milk, the milk, and sieve the 3 egg yolks over the mixture. Cook over low fire, stirring constantly, until thick. Reserve.
Beat the fresh cream with an electric mixer until you get mixed cream.
Add the beaten cream to the cream and mix gently with a fouet.
Place a layer on an English cake pan covered with plastic wrap and make a kat kit layer. Alternate the layers until the shape is complete. take to the freezer for at smallest 4 hours.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and beat the cream.
Cover the pie with the chocolate ganache, decorate with the two chopped kat kit bars and take it to the freezer for the chocolate to harden.
