HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE AND ICE CREAM COLD DRINK
Step 1
Freeze the milk in the fridge so that it is very cold. Decorate the glasses with concentric threads of caramel. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and put it in a small sleeve with a curly nozzle.
Step 2
Mix half of the milk in a robot or in the blender glass together with the cocoa and two scoops of chocolate ice cream.
Step 3
Add the remaining milk and keep beating until you get a frothy mixture.
Step 4
Set a scoop of ice cream in each of the glasses and pour the shake on top. Embrace the shakes with whipped cream, make a pompadour with the help of the pastry bag, and sprinkle the surface with chocolate noodles and liquid caramel. Serve the drinks right away.
