How to Make Nutella Cookies
The ingredients you need:
3.5 tablespoons Nutella
50 grams of brown sugar (plus extra to sprinkle on top for extra crunch)
50 grams of butter, softened
1 beaten egg
125 grams of yeast pastry flour
Preparation of the Nutella Cookies:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the nutella, brown sugar, and butter.
Add the egg and mix well.
Now gradually add the flour and keep mixing.
Shape the cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper – They should be well separated from each other.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
