Do you want to get out of the hamburger routine?
I bring you a delicious way to include fish to our most fast food days, and why not so that the little ones have more variety.
At home, we have tried them with and without bread, alone they are delicious too.
I got the idea for the burger from my visit with my favorite nutritionist:
Rebeca Pastor
Ingredients for 5 Hamburgers:
2 slices of fresh hake
4 small potatoes
90 g quinoa
1/2 zucchini
1 splash of vegetable milk (or whatever you use)
1 beaten egg
garlic powder
parsley
oregano
Salt
preparation:
1st We will begin by pouring the quinoa, water into a pot and on top we will put a strainer, (so while the quinoa is cooked, the hake is steamed) and we will put the hake inside, we will leave it on the fire for about 20 minutes.
2º While we peel the potatoes, we chop and put them in a saucepan with water to boil.
3rd Now we chop the zucchini and the potato will take a few minutes to cook, add the zucchini and cook a few more minutes.
4th With everything cooked, we will mix all the ingredients, starting by mashing the potatoes and the zucchini, add the quinoa and mix, crumble the hake and add to the mixture, add the splash of milk (very little), the beaten egg, the spices, the salt and mix well.
5th Make the hamburger shape, toast the bread and assemble your hamburger as you like.
Warning: it is a very soft dough, so be careful when turning it in the pan.
I leave you the video recipe:
Happy Thursday everyone, I hope you like that you share it with everyone and especially that you try it.
Thanks for your visit.
