Easy pineapple dessert
A dessert in 5 minutes, without an oven, and with very few ingredients, open a can of pineapple and in a moment, ready.

Traditional recipe.
Ingredients:
-4 gelatin sheets
-1 large can pineapple in its juice (820 gr. Net weight)
-250 gr. cold whipping cream
-75 gr. powdered sugar
-250 gr. mascarpone cheese
-a package of sponge cakes
preparation:
DO NOT WASH THE GLASS IN THE WHOLE PREPARATION:
1- Hydrate the gelatin for 5 minutes in cold water. Meanwhile, drain the pineapple well and add 100 gr to the glass. of juice: 3 min., 90º, speed.1.
2- Add the gelatin well-drained, 4 sec., Speed 3. Then the pineapple, 20 sec. vel. 8. Reserve.
3- Place the butterfly and semi-mount the cream with the icing sugar, a few seconds in vel. 3 and 1/2. Lower remains, add the mascarpone, about 20-25 sec. speed 3 and 1/2.
4- Assembly: Alternate layers of flotillas, getting each cake a little drunk with the juice of the remaining pineapple, a layer of pineapple, and on top, mascarpone cream.
Tap against the plateau with the mold between layers, so that everything is better compacted. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, well covered.
Garnish to taste.
Serve cold. Freezes perfectly.
