This recipe for chocolate fudge has only 5 ingredients, but it makes more than 60 small squares. These rich, creamy, and delicious fudge treats are great for special occasions or holiday dessert tables.
Ingredients :
- °2 cups of mini marshmallows.
- °1 & a half c granulated sugar.
- °1 and a half cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- °2/3 cup evaporated milk.
- °1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
- °2 tablespoons soft margarine.
- °1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
- °a pinch of salt.
so How to make Chocolate Fudge :
Step 1:
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, ghee, and salt in a large saucepan.
Step 2:
I brought it to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Step 3:
I let it simmer with constant stirring for 6 to 7 minutes.
The fourth step:
I added marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes or more until the marshmallows are completely dissolved.
Fifth step:
In the prepared baking tray, pour the fudge mixture into it. For at least 2 hours or until firm, I refrigerated them.
Sixth step:
I removed from the pan and removed the aluminum foil when it was hard.
Finally, I cut the fudge into squares using a small knife.
