Soft loaf: how to make the fluffiest brioche ever!
Just warm water, flour, sugar, and butter. “Fluffy as a cloud, save the recipe!” This brioche is too good to pass up:
You’ll need the following ingredients :
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) warm water;
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast;
350g (2 cups) all-purpose flour;
50g (1/4 cup) sugar;
½ tsp salt;
45g (3 tbsp) butter.
How To Make Soft loaf ?
Mix sugar and dry yeast into warm water with a whisk. Put them somewhere to let the yeast work.
Mix the salt into the flour, then add the yeast solution.
Use your hands to mix the dough together, then add the butter and knead for 10 minutes.
Leave the dough ball alone for two hours.
Cut the dough into 6 pieces, roll each one out, and roll it again into a log.
Put the logs in the cake pan and let them sit for an hour or until they have doubled in size.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20–25 minutes.
