With these No Bake Reeses Krispy Cookie Balls, you're in for a TREAT!
These are so easy to make, and I promise you won't be able to stop eating them.
I remember having these when I was a kid, and they were always so popular. We will definitely add these to our Christmas cookie tray this year, and they are so easy to make! We love anything that has Reese's in it, but this recipe is definitely the best of the bunch. This is a great way to use Halloween candy that you have left over. You could also use this recipe to make other candy bars… You might want to try butterfingers.
Ingredients
4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup corn syrup (light)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
5 regular-sized Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are a kind of candy.
1/2 cup chips made of milk chocolate
How to make ” No Bake Reeses Krispy Cookies “?
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and set it aside. Put your Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until the mixture is well mixed.
Mix the peanut butter mixture with the Rice Krispies.
Add your chocolate chips now.
After a few minutes, add your crushed Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to keep them from melting all the way.
Use an ice cream scoop to put your treats on a baking sheet that has been lined with foil. Let them cool, then use your hand or a spatula to slightly flatten them. (So they look less like balls and more like thick cookies.)
ENJOY!
