6 tbsp BUTTER

How To Make scones?
Turn the oven up to 425F. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Fill a food processor with flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Pulse to combine.
Add the butter and pulse the mixture until it looks like sand and the butter is spread out evenly. Pour the mixture of flour and salt into a big bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. Keep 2 tablespoons aside. Pour the rest of the liquid into the flour. Mix until a rough dough starts to come together.
Dust a surface with flour. Turn the dough out onto a surface dusted with flour. Knead the dough until it sticks together.
Roll out the dough until it is an inch thick. The scones were cut out with a 2.5-inch cutter. Roll the dough up and do it again and again until all of the dough is used.
Set the scones out on the baking sheet. Brush with the egg wash you saved and bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before serving.
